Great experience at F45 Training Conestoga. The sessions are challenging but efficient, perfect if you have a busy schedule. Coaches are supportive and push you just enough. Definitely seeing progress!
this is an amazing gym to work out at and build community. the trainers are so encouraging and motivate you to strive for your best each workout. if you can afford, this is definitely a gym worth paying for:)
Horrible disingenuous owners. No flexibility. Indavartently purchased a trial pass for the wrong location and wouldn't refund it. Was adamant on it. DO not train here
I did my first F45 class last week and I loved it. The vibe was unlike any other group fitness gym I’ve been to. Jorja was so helpful and kept cheering me on when she knew I could do more. Her positive energy was apparent to myself and all others in the class. I will be back for sure.
F45 Conestoga is seriously the best! The workouts are tough in a good way, and the vibe is always super positive. The trainers are awesome—they really know how to push you and keep you going without ever making you feel out of place. You just feel supported and motivated the whole time. Huge shoutout to Jorja and Chennelle—they’re next level! So kind, so helpful, and always bring great energy.
