Horrible disingenuous owners. No flexibility. Indavartently purchased a trial pass for the wrong location and wouldn't refund it. Was adamant on it. DO not train here
I did my first F45 class last week and I loved it. The vibe was unlike any other group fitness gym I’ve been to. Jorja was so helpful and kept cheering me on when she knew I could do more. Her positive energy was apparent to myself and all others in the class. I will be back for sure.
F45 Conestoga is seriously the best! The workouts are tough in a good way, and the vibe is always super positive. The trainers are awesome—they really know how to push you and keep you going without ever making you feel out of place. You just feel supported and motivated the whole time. Huge shoutout to Jorja and Chennelle—they’re next level! So kind, so helpful, and always bring great energy. The trainers are great and work with you personally no matter your experience. I had a small bank injury, and they altered workouts specific to my comfort level and also gave me stretches and advice on healing the injury. Within a couple weeks I was back to 100%. Highly recommend F45 and specifically the Conestoga location!
