F45 Lambton is one of the best fitness studios in the GTA. The atmosphere is encouraging and supportive. Phil, Yola, Tim and the rest of the team are exceptional at what they do. If you are looking for an efficient workout that maximizes results without putting in hours of work, F45 is the best place to be.
