I have been a part of F45 Wanaka for two years and it has completely transformed me mentally and physically! I started when I was 10 months postpartum with very little background lifting weights. My goal was to feel strong and be a positive role model for my girls. I accomplished that, and now continue to grow in my strength journey and have fun with the gym community while doing it! I have been a loyal F45 member since 2021 when I joined a gym in Carlsbad, California and from 2024 here in Wanaka. I love being able to come in and have someone guide me through a workout always finding I can be pushed to achieve way more than if I were to try to motivate myself. Such an awesome community! Friendly, welcoming, and super supportive. The coaches are fantastic — really know their stuff and push you in the best way. I’ve definitely gotten stronger since joining, and I love that every workout is different. Turn up, work hard for 45 minutes, and you’re done — perfect.
