Such an awesome community! Friendly, welcoming, and super supportive. The coaches are fantastic — really know their stuff and push you in the best way. I’ve definitely gotten stronger since joining, and I love that every workout is different. Turn up, work hard for 45 minutes, and you’re done — perfect.
Amazing people Amazing gym! No thinking about what you need to do, just get through the door. I thought I would not be able to do what they do but I am assisted with easier ways to do the hard things, and now I can almost do the hard things. I get out see people and end my day with a bang! Love it!
I love that I the hardest decision is getting in my car, I don't have to think about what I will do, I just need to walk in the door. Having a good vibe set by the coaches and everyone who is a part of it is a bonus as well.
Joining F45 has been one of the best lifestyle choices I have made. For someone who had never set foot into a gym I was a bit sceptical about starting. The awesome team in Wānaka’s f45 could not have been more welcoming. It has such an amazing atmosphere and incredible coaches and members that make it fun. Could not recommend this place more highly!!
Such a great gym - love the community feels, the trainers are awesome and the workouts are so much fun… and really work! Super grounded vibe - not intimidating or cliquey at all…
