Not happy with all the new changes this gym is doing. I just come here to workout and leave. Now they’re assigning us stations to start at when I have a very specific way I like to start and end. When I told Michelle this she scolded me rudely and said I have to listen to her. Who’s the customer here again? They brought in coaches from the closed down location and got rid of my favorite coaches. Very very disappointed in this location. I highly recommend not going here. They don’t care about family or emergencies. If you have a family and somebody gets injured as my son did the night before I had to go in, they charge you for having to cancel. Not family oriented at all. Even when I sent proof that it was less than 24 hours, they did not care. They will say they will miss you and claim that they will workout with you on the next work out just to seem friendly yet it’s all words no action. They promised me not to cha... read more
This is such an amazing place! The trainers are outstanding and so motivating!! The workouts change everyday to keep things challenging! The facility is so clean and bright!! I absolutely love it!!!!
I am really enjoying my time at F45 Walker Lakes. This is the 4th F45 that I have been to and all of them have had something different for me to help me reach my goal. I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to fit in and be accepted. If you are thinking about getting into shape, this is a very good opportunity for you to achieve that.
