I wanted to share my very positive experience with this club as it has completely changed my life. This place unexpectedly has become an addiction of the best kind. 😳✌🏻 And I don’t pretend I’m athletic by any means, but it is fun to see how body keeps getting stronger with each week. Completed 100 Classes today! F45 Viera never disappoints and there are no ‘easy’ days - just “not as tuff” days 😊. Sealand and the staff of coaches are the best! Henrique is leading most of my classes and he is THE BEST! Never lets me ”cheat” on form and keeps me on my toes! Has a great personality and always there to help or spend extra time with you. So grateful for Henry!
