Great gym and a great group of trainers. They make you feel welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. I love the F45 workouts, they are definitely a challenge and push you to work hard with a team environment. It’s a great place to workout and l love to come through when I’m in the area.
I am a student and just living in Texas for the summer. I tried about every gym you could think of and F45 at twin creeks was the first one that really worked with me to make my budget and my schedule work. I love the trainers and class sizes and I'm always so glad after I workout that I got it done and got such a good workout in in just 45 minutes! I would definitely recommend this gym to anyone!
Its been 4 weeks now and I am loving it! I was bit new to HIIT workouts and F45 and must say I was a little intimidated by kind of workouts but Angel, Pete, Keira, and Lawson have made it comforting transition for me! The coaches are great they will push you when its needed and help you with form. I personally felt a bit reluctant about same before joining HIIT workout as beginner but coaches made sure I do all workouts in proper form and improve gradually.
