I honestly have nothing but praise for this gym. The team is remarkable. The coaching is top notch. The vibe makes you want to work. Everything else dissappears the moment you walk through the door except what is directly in front of you for the next 45 minutes. Highly recommend this gym if you are in Winnipeg. I am so grateful to have found this gym.
The staff here are the best!! Everyone is so friendly, and makes an effort to welcome you when you’re new or old, guide you along the workouts and make you feel at home. I’ve been to F45s all over the world, and arguably this location has the best team. I rate it very highly.
Great variety of exercises and high energy environment!
Super impressed with the workouts and the atmosphere. A fun way to get back in shape. Feels like a team which gives that extra push when previously I'd tap out or take my foot off the gas.
