Great variety of exercises and high energy environment!
Super impressed with the workouts and the atmosphere. A fun way to get back in shape. Feels like a team which gives that extra push when previously I'd tap out or take my foot off the gas.
I'm a member at a Toronto F45 studio and will drop in at the Tuxedo location whenever I'm visiting family in Winnipeg. The coaches here are AMAZING. They are incredibly welcoming and go out of their way to engage and motivate each member in the class. It's clear that they've built a rock-solid community and I can't wait to return when I'm back in town!
