F45 Training Truganina has such a positive vibe and atmosphere for every workout. Chris & team are very friendly, supportive and know exactly how to achieve unreal results. By far the best HIIT and gym in town!
F45 is by far the best gym in Truganina. The trainers are fantastic, the energy and music is great and no matter what level you are at in your fitness journey you’ll really feel part of the team. It’s the perfect balance between one on one coaching mixed with group training. The classes are so consistent and the place is just so positive every single visit! I can’t think of any other place I’d rather be. 10/10 these guys know what it takes to make a great gym 👍🏼
