Experienced issues trying to cancel. The moment we called inquiring on how to do so, considering we were out of state, they stopped answering our calls and would not reply to emails. Literally called multiple times, and they would not answer the phone…even hit ignore. We were never rude or aggressive to justify such treatment. No call back or even a text, yet they’ll hunt you down with multiple calls if you’re interested in joining. Paid multiple months without going a single day until the card on file expired.
F45 has completely changed my approach to fitness! Every workout is different, challenging, and fun. The coaches are so motivating and genuinely care about helping you improve. The energy is contagious — you walk in feeling tired and leave feeling unstoppable. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a supportive and high-energy workout environment!
