For my money, this is the best gym in the Timonium/Towson area. The energy is great and the community strong. The workouts are challenging and give you a sense of accomplishment when finished. The workouts vary and are always new exercises to keep you engaged. Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday are cardio or hybrid workouts while Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday are resistance based. Great workout, great community and great trainers. I love coming here and having everything laid out for me!
I’ve been a member for years now and it’s my favorite workout. Everything is set up for you when you arrive, you go through stations and the trainers will help guide you with form or modifications. It’s definitely for all levels of experience. I enjoy the ease of showing up, doing the workout and stretching and then heading home. The community is great, and I’ve been able to hit my goals when locked in. Cannot recommend giving this a shot if you’re exploring gyms.
Ive been working out here for a few months and I am hooked! Do not be intimidated! There are all kinds of people who workout here from young to old and incredibly fit to just starting their fitness journey. Everyone can get a great workout and modify any way they need to with the assistance of helpful and non judgmental trainers. The gym is organized, well run and there is a big emphasis on cleanliness which is much appreciated. Im seeing results in just a few months-Give it a try!
Very dissapointed, to keep being charged on my credit card when I cancelled over a year ago
