Nice support during the classes. Very cool instructors that give it a community feeling.
Recently joined F45 here in Timonium, and have to say been really enjoying it. Have not done too many fitness classes but been enjoying the supportive environment and the trainers at the site are energetic and supportive. Definitely consider if you've been on the fence!
I joined F45 just over a month ago, and it has been a life changer. The workouts are challenging, the coaches are incredibly supportive, and the community is amazing. I’ve already noticed improvements in my strength, energy, and overall fitness. Highly recommend!
Great atmosphere, very well organized
Just started here a few weeks ago and can’t speak more highly of them. Coaches are knowledgeable and motivating. My fellow classmates all seem to know each other by name and the workouts are top tier. In my short time here I can already feel a sense of community and care. Working out isn’t always easy but F45-TIMONIUM goes above and beyond expectations
