I’ve been going to F45 for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it! The trainers/coaches are so friendly, knowledgeable and motivating! The members are welcoming and encouraging. The workouts are challenging but doable. If you have an injury or need a modification, the coaches are quick to respond to you! I feel like I found a new community where I can get in shape and have fun at the same time!!
F45 is a great group workout with individual attention from the Coaches. Every workout is a little different. The members and coaches do a great job to keep you motivated. Highly recommended!
Me? Working out for over a year? Who would’ve thought. F45 keeps it quick, intense, and actually worth it. Coaches are awesome and even turn the music down when I ask. Still loud enough to feel like a party though. Always fun! - B

I joined the F45 in Lafayette after my 3 sessions tryouts. I have NEVER been into working out until now! I love the way the classes are setup and how encouraging the staff is during workouts!! This is something I will continue doing. I can't wait to start seeing results!!
