F45 is an amazing gym. Been coming here for 6 months now and will recommend this gym to anyone. Amanda classes are incredible. We were going to a restaurant in this Mall, the owner who drives a white electric Mustang flew around the corner in the parking lot with no regard for safety. My wife and I were in the outside lane watching as he cut the corner in a packed parking lot. He got out of his car without any remorse, must drive like that all the time. Always wanted to try F45, but this particular one, I will pass on. If you own or represent a business and are going to drive reckless, you may want to do it away from your establishment.

F45 has been an answer to prayer! I got fit twice before. Once through keto and then again through working out and diet. But then I recently had a baby. I have been searching for a training gym like this that guides you through the steps. It makes working out enjoyable, clear and easy. After 3 weeks and healthier eating, im already down 5 pounds.
