Starting at f45 has been the best and most productive me time I could ever imagine. It’s hard but I feel AMAZING when I’m done. The support from everyone is also an added bonus!

F45 is an amazing gym. Been coming here for 6 months now and will recommend this gym to anyone. Amanda classes are incredible. She does such an amazing job helping and telling you the right way to workout . Amanda is so sweet and patience. My first day here was nerve rocking . We were going to a restaurant in this Mall, the owner who drives a white electric Mustang flew around the corner in the parking lot with no regard for safety. My wife and I were in the outside lane watching as he cut the corner in a packed parking lot. He got out of his car without any remorse, must drive like that all the time. Always wanted to try F45, but this particular one, I will pass on. If you own or represent a business and are going to drive reckless, you may want to do it away from your establishment.
