My wife and I started F45 at The Grove, and it's made a real difference in our strength and overall health. The staff are friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful, and the other members are just as welcoming. If you're looking to build strength, improve your health, and want real structure and guidance to get there, I highly recommend this location.

The facility is well maintained and spacious. And the coaches are great. This is my favorite F45 location out of the one I have visited.
Starting at f45 has been the best and most productive me time I could ever imagine. It’s hard but I feel AMAZING when I’m done. The support from everyone is also an added bonus!
