I attended a try-out session at F45, and it was a great experience! The instructor was very friendly and welcoming, making sure I felt comfortable from the start. They took the time to explain the workout, demonstrate proper form, and check in throughout the session. The energy in the room was motivating, and the workout itself was challenging but doable. As one of the first people to join this location, Come workout with us !! Lots of accountability lots of motivation!! Best Coaches!! Tell them your goals and they will help hold you accountable and give you great resources! You won't find a better workout.
My home away from home. From the coaches to the community to the workouts. Everything is top notch here. I look forward to my workouts and seeing everyone every week.
Love the coaches! Brandon, Kyle, Inez, and Sunny are so amazing! The music is great and motivating. The coaches care about you and they push you to always do more reps, more weight and always add something positive at the end of your workout along with a stretch. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who appreciates happy coaches and a positive atmosphere!
