I love F45! The style of workouts suits me as I’m the type of person the gets bored easy. I never get bored when I go to F45. The trainers are great, they motivate everyone and spend 1-1 time if need be. They keep us safe, correct our technique if needed and always have great energy at each class. I love it.
I joined F45 a couple of weeks ago. Dillion and the other coaches have been great! They’re all so helpful and encouraging. I’m seeing changes to my body and fitness already. I have a lower back injury which I was a bit worried about, however, alternative exercises have been given and it hasn’t been sore at all. I highly recommend that you give it a go if you’ve been thinking about it!
They offer a great wide range of classes that you can do - with many different times as well. The personal trainers are so kind and helpful and also very motivational. They really push you to your limits and encourage you to dig deeper.
Have been going for just three weeks now. The classes pass quickly with the different stations, and everyone is so friendly. Really feel encouraged to get out of bed in the morning and get amongst it!! Already feeling stronger and more confident in the gym.
I enjoy the variety that each day has. The trainers are amazing, helps with form and supports in sets to maximise my strength.
