F45 at Tatum Ranch is awesome! The coaching staff is great. If you have any injuries, they are willing to show you how to change up the workout!

Coach Will and Coach Nate make me laugh every time - they, along with the other coaches and the music, make the place a fantastic workout studio. The workouts range from mildly difficult to impossibly challenging, so you know that no matter if it's strength, cardio, or a hybrid, you are going to burn calories, build muscle, and get a sweat on! Been here for over a year and half. Coaches are very attentive to my restrictions. I look forward to every workout
I was lifting weights at a basic gym and felt that I was struggling to progress much. My husband started coming to F45 and was raving about it enough that I decided to give it a try. I never looked back! I've seen major results and have never felt so healthy and strong. Coach Will is stellar and so knowledgeable. All of the coaches care a great deal and the gym itself is clean and comfortable.
