Love F45 been to Philly NoLibs and Portland Pearl District all great. This location trainers are great classes were great per normal F45 standards. BUT the owner of this particular studio has some inclusion issues particularly with larger ppl. Making it a point during the class to ensure I use my 10 seconds of rest between sets to wipe down equipment calling ppl out for it also Lastly randomly asking me if I used a dietician. My fitness journey has come a long way and this owner is disingenuous and frankly just disrespectful... read more
I love it here so much! The owners are very dialed in and have created a great space for locals and visitors to workout. The gym is clean and all the coaches are friendly and professional. I would def recommend this F45 Tanglewood !
