I absolutely LOVE my F45 experience! 🧡 It’s such a great, welcoming community, and the coaches are amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable and do such a great job demonstrating exercises, correcting form, giving helpful feedback, and encouraging everyone throughout the workout. The other members are supportive, motivating, and it helps be encouraged to keep pushing myself and have fun while doing it. F45 has honestly been one of the best things I’ve done for myself this year! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

One of the BESTEST F45 I've ever been! Great staff and the energy is different! And there were 4 coaches. This F45 was busy for a reason! I'm glad I signed up ahead!
F45 Tanglewood is an amazing studio with great energy, challenging workouts, and a really supportive community. Every class is well-structured and keeps you motivated from start to finish. Trainer David is hands down the best. He’s knowledgeable, encouraging, and always makes sure you’re using proper form while still pushing you to give your best effort.
