Trainers are very helpful and encouraging. Group training at its finest!
Super welcoming and supportive staff. Love having Tae and Maura there! Workouts were quick, challenging, but easy to modify if you have joint issues with your body. The key is to make sure you have proper form in whatever you do. Really appreciated Tae and our other trainer Mike, constantly checking in on us. Totally recommend this place if you are the type of person that likes a group training format.
