F45 Takapuna is a vibe !! Been for over a year now & it has been the best experience for myself physically & mentally. The coaches there are supportive & encouraging especially when you have goals you want to achieve. Members at F45 are so easy to get along with, very welcoming and my boys love to come into class with me
The best gym I've been to. I've attended other F45S before, but this one tops them all . The people, coaches, and vibes have been absolutely top-notch from the day I started here. Worth the drive from South Auckland without any hesitation. 🤍 Lessgooo Team Takapuna.
F45 Takapuna has been an incredible gym to be part of since having my two children. The community is so supportive, and the coaches genuinely care about each person. It’s the perfect workout for any fitness level, as you can choose your own intensity and weights, making every session achievable and adaptable for everyone. The coaches are always there to offer guidance, modify exercises when needed, and give you that extra boost of encouragement.
I’ve been training at F45 Takapuna for a while now and absolutely love it! The energy is always great — awesome and supportive coaches, fun vibe, and very nice community. Makes working out something I actually look forward to and I’m already seeing results too 🤩
