Shen, Sas and Bec are always so welcome! Genuinely one of the best studios I have ever trained at! The girls take the time to make sure everyone in the session feels comfortable and provides so many tips, to make exercises easier or harder depending what you need.

3 months ago on a whim I signed up for a free 5 day pass at F45 Sutherland. Last week I completed my 45th training session. A massive thank you to Shen, Bec and Saskia. Such an incredible trio who along with all the other members of F45 Sutherland have made me feel so welcomed from day one. Joined F45 Sutherland on a whim when I got back from overseas in July. Still a member so that says a lot! I consider myself very picky with gyms but I have not even though about leaving. Trainers are professional, always correcting technique and posture (need this) and all the trainers are very friendly!! F45 is not like it used to be many years ago, for the better. Check it out.

The team at F45 Sutherland have created a great community that makes you want to come back and train every day. They genuinely help and push you and make sure you’re never afraid to ask questions. I was a long-time F45-er and left to try some other things but when Shen and Bec took over it became a place I immediately wanted to return to and I have loved being back.
