I am having a great time training at F45 - such a great way to start your day. Really strong community feel and the trainers are super supportive and kind !
Great gym with very passionate trainers that thrive on building an energetic and supportive environment. Sasha the head trainer is absolutely fantastic and makes every class challenging yet enjoyable.
The team at F45 are absolute weapons. Would definitely recommend these guys if you're looking for a stellar without.
Coming towards the end of my second week now, and feeling super motivated. The trainers are very encouraging with great energy!
