My first visit to this studio after being away from F45 for a bit. Great energy and community feel. Big studio with ample parking. Great to be back and looking forward to being a part of the studio community. Thanks Rae!
Love this gym, excellent coaches, fabulous atmosphere. Everyday normal people just wanting to work out! Age doesn’t matter. They never overbook and it is the cleanest gym I have attended. I tried a one month trial and now am going regularly. If you want a great workout that is tailored for everyone join F45 at Surrey Central.
Clean and friendly instructors
