Decent Facilities, But Coaching Quality Doesn’t Match the Price Couple of weeks ago I completed my free trial at F45 Sunrise, and while I was excited to join, I ultimately decided not to continue. The main reason: the coaching quality is not in line with the premium price tag. F45 Sunrise is amazing! I go to this gym whenever I’m in town visiting family and they always make me feel welcome and supported. The staff is kinda and motivating. They create a fun environment to get you pumped while working out! Everyone in the class is always so friendly too, providing fist bumps and high fives to keep each other going. Best F45 I’ve been to!
