I was skeptical to try a group gym after having only done taekwondo and kickboxing for years. But I am so happy I did. Every coach pushes you, and allow you to reach your full potential. Coming here after having my daughter, I’m feeling more and more comfortable in my body, losing postpartum weight, and building muscle

I went today for the first time using the passport feature, and I loved it. The coach was amazing and everyone working out were very welcoming. The place was clean, nice, and overall a great experience. I’ll definitely go back!

Decent Facilities, But Coaching Quality Doesn’t Match the Price Couple of weeks ago I completed my free trial at F45 Sunrise, and while I was excited to join, I ultimately decided not to continue. The main reason: the coaching quality is not in line with the premium price tag.
