Awesome class! Couch Brown was great guiding us and keeping us motivated the whole class. They were able to accommodate exercises for our level! Definitely recommend it!

Awesome experience. Owners are super nice and such a welcoming gym meeting all the member. Great coaching along with a push to get thru the workout. Clean and the cherry on top was great music.
