F45 Summerwood has changed my life! I started coming here on a 7 day trial in September of 2024 and was quickly hooked. I am in my 40’s and have worked out off and on at various “traditional” gyms since my early 20’s but was never consistent. What an amazing community. Super clean facilities. Very spacious with a fridge full of energy and protein drinks. The trainers walk around motivating and guiding you through the workout. The owner even worked out with the class while keeping up a great spirit. Props to the DJ for playing some hard beats. Overall, you don't want to skip out on this studio. Best I've visited.
