I started F45 back in June after doing their 10 day trial! It was exactly what I had been looking for. I’ve noticed a significant increase in muscle and strength since starting! It’s go at your own pace. The trainers are attentive and it is truly a no judgement zone! The best part is they do all the mental prep for you. No guess work on what workout to do for the day- it’s already done for you! Just show up and give it your best effort!
Ive been a member of different gyms and with F45 my body changed in such a positive way. Im in my 40s, and I needed a more balanced workout with more strength training and not just cardio. Ive lost more than 30 lbs, and gained muscle. The coaches are awesome, and they help you modify any workout ( im currently 35 weeks pregnant and have been able to safely continue working out). I can honestly say this is one of the best training facilities I’ve ever been a part of. From day one, I’ve felt welcomed, challenged, and supported.
