I've been working out at F45 Sugarhouse for several years. I've done over 1700 classes. It's a great workout that changes everyday so I never get bored. Trainer are helpful to correct my form or give tips, or just keep me motivated. I'm in better shape now in my 50's than I was in my 20's.
