Amazing place, team, and workouts!
Great coaches, challenging workouts, excellent balance of cardio and strength
Karol is a fantastic instructor with clear demonstrations of how to complete each station. This is my first time at this particular location and I’ll definitely be returning. Karol was supportive, informative, and motivating during the entire class.
I attend class here 4-5 times a week typically and I always look forward to going. Offer lots of class throughout the day, so it always works with my schedule. Trainers are knowledgeable, approachable, and fun. Would highly recommend to fitness seekers of all levels.
The owner (Marci) is constantly improving the facility and making it a fun place to workout! The instructors are motivating and work hard to make sure you're doing the workout properly. Keep it rollin!
