Amanda is just the best. So good with instructions and form correction. Fun music and seriously hard, but rewarding class. Love this F45.
absolutely love this studio - very energetic and motivating instructors who are incredibly approachable. the f45 community here is also very friendly and welcoming. one of my favorite workouts!

Love this place, energy and classes. Instructors are amazing. It’s not a bad location with a great park across street for post workout walk.
I absolutely love the energy and vibe at this F45! The classes are always engaging and challenging. My favorite has to be the class on Tuesdays at 4:30 PM with Karol and Mikail, they’re the best duo! They make the workout super fun and lively while still kicking your ass. Highly recommend!
