F45 Streetsville is amazing! The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, and always make you feel welcome. Every workout is different, challenging, and fun — perfect mix of strength and cardio and hybrid workouts. The community vibe here is awesome too; everyone pushes each other to do their best. Highly recommend if you want results and a great atmosphere! Cant wait to see what’s in store with the first dual F45 and FS8 studio!

First class with a group. Yes it was the most intense and intimidating fitness class ever, but the trainers are actually really kind and supportive. I would go back

This is one of the best F45’s and gyms in general. The coaches are great, and the vibes are very energetic, positive, and inviting. You can sign up for a workout class, and you will be introduced to all movements and the entire workout in the first 5 minutes of class, so you have a good knowledge base before you jump in. The coaches are also very attentive during the workout, and give great guidance to everyone, which makes it a great place for both beginners and experienced athletes. I highly recommend giving the gym a try!
