First class with a group. Yes it was the most intense and intimidating fitness class ever, but the trainers are actually really kind and supportive. I would go back

This is one of the best F45’s and gyms in general. The coaches are great, and the vibes are very energetic, positive, and inviting. You can sign up for a workout class, and you will be introduced to all movements and the entire workout in the first 5 minutes of class, so you have a good knowledge base before you jump in. The coaches are also very attentive during the workout, and give great guidance to everyone, which makes it a great place for both beginners and experienced athletes. I highly recommend giving the gym a try!

I used to think this was an amazing place until my credit card got compromised and the front desk staff started lying to me and when I asked to speak to management - Farook/Kevin was told they were both away but I work close by and see them at class!! So to be told lies and be disrespected is not the company you want to deal with… you want your experience to be positive and staff to want to help you not AVOID issues by lying

Fantastic workouts, motivating coaches, and an awesome community! Every session pushes you to your limits — love the energy here. Definitely worth it.

The workouts are intense. But a rewarding feeling after . The staff is amazing, so friendly. The peers in the class are also helpful as a new person trying to navigate.Great environment and amazing organization.
