F45 stoney creek mountain is great! I have really enjoyed my first few weeks of working out here. I love the atmosphere, the variety of workouts and the friendly coaches!

F45 has changed the way I workout! The support from the coaches and the camaraderie among members is amazing. I love showing up and having someone tell me what to do. It takes the guess work out of creating my own plan and let's me focus on my goals.
First few weeks with F45 has been very motivating. The coaches are friendly, helpful and encouraging. I feel very comfortable at each class and am looking forward to tracking my progress and seeing the results. Thank you for a great start to a better me.
I have personal experience working out for many years but F45 is on another level. Efficient, engaging, and results in a great engaging environment. I'm personally seeing results that didn't know that I would be hitting. I dont do alot of cardio but that is slowly becoming my favorite day because I need that extra motivation. I'm fortunate that I have this location close to me and would recommend this to anyone looking for a challenge and increase thier overall physical and mental well being!
