I joined F45 excited to train, but unfortunately, my experience was mixed. While some coaches were kind and supportive, others weren’t as welcoming, and at times, I felt uncomfortable. It was very different from the friendly, motivating atmosphere I found at F45 downtown. Because of that, I’ve decided not to continue. I hope the management considers creating a more consistently welcoming environment across all coaches.
