F45 Stoney Creek is the best mood setter for the day. It's a lot of fun. The coaches push you to be your best and make it fun for you to enjoy your workout. I'm happier when I start my day with F45 and can't thank the team of coaches enough for everything they do. They truly emphasize fitness being a journey rather than a goal.
This studio is my happy place, it is dedinitely more than a gym, it is a community. This community is filled with trainers and members that are supportive, encouraging and full of positivity. You leave not only physically stronger but also mentally stronger.
I love the energy, the trainers who keep you consistent and challenging yourself! Highly recommend!
