A year later, and I'm still here. An edit to my first review. After 3 years as a member, I'm in the studio 6–7 days a week because the workouts work. The combination of strength and cardio keeps things fresh, and the challenges we have throughout the year provide a great opportunity to reassess goals and stay accountable.
