Love the variety of workouts - instructors rule! Have become a massive fan - the change of pace keeps me focus on the exercise at hand keeping it easier to focus and not get in a rut of boredom!
The variety and efficiency of F45 kept me focused and determined. I pushed myself in the studio environment and was exposed to interesting functional workouts. Staff is welcoming and knowledgeable.
