Such a great place to work out. We instantly felt like part of the F45 family from our first time there. All of the trainers and the other patrons are super nice. Plus it is an amazing workout-it is not easy-it kicks your butt but isn’t that the point :) The music and the motivation from the trainers and between all the guests makes it so fun!! I would highly recommend trying this place out for your next workout.
