F45 is a great workout experience! The sessions are fast-paced. Godfrey was so helpful setting up a class pass. Each class feels different and rewarding.
I've been a member for over 3 years and keep coming back for more. Great coaches, great location, variety of class times with access to other F45 locations in town.
