I’ve visited more than a dozen F45 gyms, and this one is by far the best. Members are encouraged to start the workout where they feel most comfortable rather than being assigned a station. The space is thoroughly sanitized during and between classes (I’ve even seen the coaches mopping), and the unlimited pricing is very reasonable. If you’re in the Louisville area, you should definitely join!
The best workouts & gym! All of the coaches are great. You can tell Joe really cares about the gym & is very knowledgeable. Having the exercises on the screens is a huge plus too.
Love F45! Joe’s super knowledgeable and makes every workout count. As Joe says if it doesn’t challenge you, it won’t change you.
Joe and Sarina are so warm and welcoming and the music is spot on! The coaches know when to push you or let you modify if needed. All the programming is done for you and all you have to do is show up. Fun, engaging, and challenging.
Best gym I've ever gone to! The trainers are amazing and it's clear that Joe and Sarina love what they do! Best experience!
