F45 Springvale is by far one of the most supportive, fun, personalised gyms I have ever worked out at. It's a very tight-knit community, and every time I've gone in I've left with a smile on my face (as well as the knowledge that I have well and truly worked out for the day!). The workouts are always interesting and engaging, the trainers clearly care about their patrons, and the equipment is perfect for getting all those movements happening. Such an amazing gym! Have absolutely loved my time training at F45 Springvale!!
Awesome sessions in the morning. It can be quite gruelling waking up early to go for a work out but the trainer Lina makes it very enjoyable, she’s encouraging, helpful and cares and it’s clear to see she has a clear passion to help and push people to achieve there goals. All in all I’m enjoying my time ten fold.
