My wife surprised me with a gift certificate, which allowed me to try an unlimited month at F45, and I absolutely loved it. I enjoyed it so much that I plan to continue. The music is great, the coaches are excellent, and the other participants are incredibly encouraging. F45 has been an amazing gym for me the past 1.5 years. The coaches care so much about you and are incredibly kind and friendly. The work spits are challenging but you can modify whenever you need to and nobody makes you feel about it. They always say, it’s YOUR workout. I love how helpful they were for me when I came back from 2 knee surgeries. They helped me through my recovery. I love the strength days the best but am challenging myself to do more cardio days.
