I’ve been looking for a new workout & a reason to enjoy going to the gym that keeps It fun while helping me reach my goals. After trying f45 spring harmony, I genuinely felt like I had a workout I was looking forward to! Within days of starting I saw positive changes in my body, and as a postpartum mom that has been such an upside. The coaches are knowledgeable and kind, and the energy amongst everyone is great. I’m so glad I took a chance on trying this!
The workouts are challenging but so much fun, and the trainers keep you motivated the whole time. Highly recommend!!
