I absolutely love this place! I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with working out, but ever since joining F45 Training, I actually look forward to going every day. It finally feels like I found a real community. Jake has been incredible—so supportive and motivating. I’m truly grateful I found F45 in Sparta, NJ.
I can’t say enough good things about Jake and the coaches at F45! I was recently cleared to return to the gym after breaking both of my ankles, and I was honestly really nervous about getting back into it. From day one, the team made me feel supported, safe, and capable. The coaches are incredibly attentive and always ready with modifications whenever I need them, which has made such a difference in rebuilding my strength and confidence. Every workout feels encouraging rather than intimidating!
