I signed up for the 3 month HYROX membership and it has been great! The workouts are intense and the trainers and other members are all fantastic. I really enjoy going!

I can’t say enough good things about Jake and the coaches at F45! I was recently cleared to return to the gym after breaking both of my ankles, and I was honestly really nervous about getting back into it. From day one, the team made me feel supported, safe, and capable. The coaches are incredibly attentive and always ready with modifications whenever I need them, which has made such a difference in rebuilding my strength and confidence. Every workout feels encouraging rather than intimidating!

Great gym with an awesome atmosphere. All the coaches are encouraging and make it easy to get into good routines. Would recommend trying F45 for yourself!
