Absolutely love F45!! Did the 7 days for 7 trial and was absolutely hooked after that. Jake and all of the trainers are awesome and so supportive and knowledgeable. Already feeling so much stronger after a couple weeks.
I signed up for the 3 month HYROX membership and it has been great! The workouts are intense and the trainers and other members are all fantastic. I really enjoy going!
I absolutely love this place! I’ve always struggled to stay consistent with working out, but ever since joining F45 Training, I actually look forward to going every day. I can’t say enough good things about Jake and the coaches at F45! I was recently cleared to return to the gym after breaking both of my ankles, and I was honestly really nervous about getting back into it. From day one, the team made me feel supported, safe, and capable. The coaches are incredibly attentive and always ready with modifications whenever I need them, which has made such a difference in rebuilding my strength and confidence. Every workout feels encouraging rather than intimidating!
