I can’t say enough good things about this gym, its workouts, facility, and people.
F45 is an amazing place to be. It is a gym for individuals of all ages and skill levels. I have been coming for almost a year and a half and the workouts keep getting better and better. The community is extremely supportive and friendly, especially welcoming new comers. The coaches make sure you are not only pushing yourself, but also making sure your form is correct and constantly answering any questions you may have.
