Great workout! High energy and a good mix of cardio and weights!
I have worked out a lot of F45's across the country and this definitely is one of the best! Coaches actually correct form and push you to do more with little challenges in your sets. I left every time feeling like I got a killer workout. Great music, great people, and love the vaulted ceilings making it feel spacious. Would recommend to anyone who lives near the downtown Tampa area (especially those on Harbor Island).
