F45 Burlington (and the format in general) is exceptional! The coaches in Burlington are all super supportive, focus on proper technique, and are very encouraging when you need it. Awesome to work with. The facility is exceptionally clean throughout (including showers and restrooms) and the owner Layla is Fantastic!! Had to give my original F45 team a shout out since I am finally getting around to writing reviews! The team here is great and has really built a solid community of people who love to workout and jam to some great music! I no longer go to this location because I moved a few months back but this place started my love of F45 that still continues today...LOVE AND MISS YOU GUYS love Jordan and Charlie!!!
