I’ve done a handful of classes now at this F45 and everyone there has been great! I enjoy the workouts and the people are fantastic. Would definitely recommend trying it out!

I attended my first F45 Athletica class today and had a great experience! From the moment I walked in, Zach was welcoming and respectful, taking the time to explain the layout, what to expect, and making sure I felt comfortable. The 45-minute circuit was challenging but fun, with a strong cardio focus. I’m very new to using weights and these workouts but by week 3 I have felt and noticed positive changes in my physical health. The friendly coaches helped a lot with getting me started to make sure my form and understanding of each station was solid. I love the visuals on the screens they have that show how to do each work out and a couple different count down timers. Lastly, the people who attend the class are so welcoming and encouraging - it’s not an intimidating environment at all!

This gym and its amazing community have truly been life-changing for me. The coaches are incredibly supportive, and the encouragement from fellow members makes every workout something to look forward to. Absolutely love F45 Southlands. This gym and the community have been life changing for me. The results I have seen in just short 8 months are amazing. The coaches and other members are so supportive and encouraging since day 1. Im so glad to be a part of such a wonderful gym.
