Joined about two months ago and I freaking love it. It really does feel like you get an amazing workout each time. I was skeptical at first but by the first session I was impressed how out of breath and sweaty I was. Definitely get a good workout in each time!

I love F45 Training Southlands. The vibe is always so good; super upbeat, welcoming, and just a fun place to be. It never feels intimidating, and the people there make a big difference.
