I've been a member of this gym for over a year now and I've noticed a huge difference in my fitness goals. The coaches are amazing (esp at this location!) and they really push you to work hard. If you want them to correct your form, let them know and they will give good feedback. The workouts are challenging but fun, and there's always a great community vibe in the gym. I highly recommend F45 to anyone looking to get in shape and have a great time doing it!
The facility was really nice, but the trainers were shockingly bad. They didn't say anything to anyone at all the whole time. No direction, no corrections, no encouragement, nothing. And one of them was on their phone during the workout. It was weird. I actually forgot they were even there until my friend pointed it out.
VERY IMPRESSED WITH F45. Coaches are great, workouts are fun (& hard!), and the studio is clean. Glad I made the switch to F45.
The team at F45 Southlake was great! I spent a week traveling for work and used a passport . All the coaches were awesome. Studio was perfect. Can’t wait to be back !
