F45 is great! The program is clear, consistent, and efficient! I love how everything is timed and I can see countdowns to when class starts, when to switch exercises, when to take a break… it’s all super helpful. The coaches are kind and knowledgeable. The class times and location are why we initially tried it out, but we’ve quickly become fans of the program itself!
Incredible energy at this gym! I love that these classes are a quick 45 minutes and work out everything while building your endurance. I would absolutely recommend taking some classes here.
F45 is such a fun gym to be apart of. The workouts are challenging and I feel myself getting stronger everyday. The trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable. As someone that hadn’t worked out in years, it’s been a comfortable place for me to go.
This place makes me genuinely look forward to my workouts and this comes from someone who’s been lazy for years. All their workouts can meet you at whatever fitness level you are and each section can be modified. The instructors are very friendly and so are other members. Love their playlists, too! The classes are easy to follow and never the same. I’ve had such a great experience at F45! The teachers are so welcoming and always willing to help you out without making you feel self conscious! It’s a great workout!
