We are a 45 minute HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style class which use functional movement in a group setting. There are two trainers for each class that help guide you through the workout. The trainers help members by correcting form or offering modifications which makes the workout challenging and rewarding for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced.

I had a great experience at F45. Tracy and the entire staff were welcoming and helpful during with workouts. I trained there for 2 weeks while visiting Red Deer. F45 community in Red Deer is welcoming and it was a great set of workouts. I came back from my vacation leaner and stronger. I will defiantly go back when visiting Red Deer again!
I had an amazing experience at F45 Training South Red Deer while visiting from out of town for a week. My mom, a regular who loves the workouts, encouraged me to give it a try. Just started at F45 Training South Red Deer, coaches are very welcoming and will push you and correct you in your work outs. Great atmosphere in the gym always a great way to start your day!
The staff are fantastic. Very helpful. In class instructors are knowledgeable and make classes so enjoyable.
