Very warm and welcoming environment. Coaches are very helpful and constantly there to help out and correct form. Happy I decided to sign up. Perfect for accountability and ensuring you get a good workout in!
Tonight I had dinner with friends in Edmonton, and I've just heard of their extremely unwelcoming experience at your gym. As someone born in Red Deer, I'm appalled by how my hometown has treated fellow Albertans looking for a quality workout. I hope that Tracy and her team can consider a warmer welcome to those looking use their F45 passports / intro packages.
I love the atmosphere here! One of the things I look forward to when I come to visit my daughter and family in Red Deer is working out here. The owners and staff are very supportive and know their stuff! Look forward to next time ! Part of a great Holiday visit…see you next time!
What I love most is the supportive vibe. Everyone pushes each other, and you leave feeling stronger and more confident every time. This place isn’t just a gym, it’s a community that makes fitness something to look forward to.
They have Mark Wahlberg as advertisement. A well known rasict in the past and currently. They response is for me to do a one week trial. No thanks I will stay at a gym that does not support current rasict(s).
