I love the atmosphere here! One of the things I look forward to when I come to visit my daughter and family in Red Deer is working out here. The owners and staff are very supportive and know their stuff! Look forward to next time ! Part of a great Holiday visit…see you next time!
What I love most is the supportive vibe. Everyone pushes each other, and you leave feeling stronger and more confident every time. This place isn’t just a gym, it’s a community that makes fitness something to look forward to.
They have Mark Wahlberg as advertisement. A well known rasict in the past and currently. They response is for me to do a one week trial. No thanks I will stay at a gym that does not support current rasict(s).
I had a great experience at F45. Tracy and the entire staff were welcoming and helpful during with workouts. I trained there for 2 weeks while visiting Red Deer. F45 community in Red Deer is welcoming and it was a great set of workouts. I came back from my vacation leaner and stronger. I will defiantly go back when visiting Red Deer again!
I had an amazing experience at F45 Training South Red Deer while visiting from out of town for a week. My mom, a regular who loves the workouts, encouraged me to give it a try. Even knowing my trial period wasn't going to translate into a long-term member, Todd, Tracy, and the whole team were friendly, supportive, and made the effort to remember my name and help me feel welcome as a newbie.
