I honestly love this studio! It has such a community feel, and there are truly people of all ages that come together here to get stronger. The coaches show that they truly care about not just your fitness journey, but *you*. One of the best in Denver, in my opinion!
Been going to this location for aboht 6months and all the staffs I encounter has been so amazing! They make workout fun, was so quick to remember my name and give me great suggestions. Parking is easy unlike other locations. Highly recommend
Love this F45 location. Michelle, Mary and all the coaches are fantastic and the playlists are always fire! Highly recommend strength days.
I recently switched from Orangetheory to F45 and have been so pleased with the variety of workouts thus far! The coaches are incredibly positive and make each class fun and high energy. I’m looking forward to continuing on my fitness journey with the F45 team.
