I highly recommend giving this place a try. I'd been wanting to find a place to workout for months, but had that basic gym going anxiety and felt so self conscious about not being able to do the workouts because of a Brachial Plexus injury that limits mobility in my right arm. Stephanie finally convinced me to come try out a class and it was one of the best things I've ever done. Awesome Staff/trainers. They'll help correct form, push you to your limits, while respecting where you are at personally in your fitness journey.
Update: I’ve been at F45 for about a year and a half now and it continues to be one of the best parts of my week! I love the coaches - I usually end up in Kaylee, Aiden, or Kirsten’s classes and not only are they really fun to be around, they are really knowledgeable and have taught me SO much. I’ve gotten so much stronger, my balance has improved significantly, and I have so much more energy than before.
