I used to really enjoy this workout class. The workouts themselves are great. Unfortunately, I recently had a Lululemon sweatshirt taken from the studio. It was both expensive and sentimental, and the experience left me very disappointed. Because of this, I won’t ever be returning and I cannot recommend this studio to others. I’d rather attend a gym where I feel my belongings are secure and respected.
I've been going to this gym for a year now, and I really like it. The community and trainers are amazing, and the restrooms are always clean! I 100% recommend it.

I love this workout! Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was so fun! I am just getting into a routine of doing a high intensity interval workout and wasn't sure I could do it. The people who attend the workout are friendly and encouraging and the coaches are so helpful. The coaches provide modifications if needed and they work to make sure you have good form during the workout to avoid injury and help you achieve the best workout results. I'm a North Fishers transplant. I'm happy to say that the North Fishers vibe has followed us all here. I love it here! If you love taking classes, this is the place for you. Every workout is different. F45 has it all: cardio, strength, & core. The coaching staff is incredible. They all know your name, and push you to hit your fitness goals.
