Caolan is a great coach. I took his class for the first time last Tuesday and absolutely loved it. The music was great, and he was incredibly supportive and encouraging throughout the entire workout—it genuinely kept me motivated. If I didn’t have to work most Tuesday evenings, I’d be in his class every week. Highly recommend!
I love South Fisher’s F45! The workouts are fun, challenging, and always changing. The variety keeps me motivated, and the community keeps me coming back. It’s truly a highlight of my day to walk in, see friendly faces, and get moving. I’ve made great friendships here, and the coaches are incredibly supportive with just the right amount of humor. The trainers challenge you personally and work with you to make sure you are getting the best workout for you. Everyone here motivates you and helps keep you going, even through the toughest of workouts.
This is just an amazing studio. Being from another studio I felt so welcome once I joined. You get a great workout done in just 45 minutes. Class selections from cardio to strength to hybrid is up to your preference and they are always good, never the same. The community of members are supportive and some of the nicest people. The coaches love what they do and they will push you to become a better person while completing your own fitness goals. I've worked out for years and starting getting stagnant at the gym. These workouts have been an awesome change! Everything is set up for you, you have coaches ensuring your form is perfect, and the atmosphere is fantastic. Tons of awesome people to make sure you stay consistent and hit your goals! Highly recommend!
