Great gym with high energy and quality instruction!
F45 South End was an amazing experience! The workout was challenging but fun, and the trainers were super motivating and supportive. The energy in the studio kept me pushing harder. Highly recommend to anyone looking to get stronger and stay consistent!
I live on an upper floor in the apartment building above this gym, and I'm able to hear the music through my floor. I can only imagine how loud it must be inside. I’ve raised the concern with gym management, but they refuse to do anything about it. Other fitness studios nearby manage their sound levels much better, but unfortunately this one does not.
The music is insanely loud and the owner of the gym was incredibly rude when I asked to turn the volume down. You legitimately need ear plugs to avoid hearing damage at this location. Other F45 locations are accommodating with noise levels, but this location is not. Don't see myself coming back since I value my hearing.
Love all of the trainers at this F45 location! The workouts are challenging but they also help provide modifications if necessary and are great at commenting on my form.
