F45 Southend is a great studio with motivating instructors! I highly recommend this studio to anyone in the Charlotte area.
I love this f45! The coaches are great and it’s located in a convenient part of south end. Such a fun way to workout!
Great gym and the coaches are also great. However, the management makes it incredibly difficult to cancel your membership. They are extremely unresponsive and unprofessional and keep attempting to charge my card despite written confirmation that it is canceled. The website itself doesn’t have an option to cancel and they intentionally make it difficult and confusing. They even threaten to send you to collections and keep trying to charge your card even if you have already and submitted the paperwork and received confirmation... read more
I had a great workout here last summer, during a one week trial. However even though I cancelled before the 7 days ended, the money still got taken off of my account and never received it back even after trying to email, text and call multiple times. Very unfortunate customer experience for a place that does do great workouts!
