Great coaching (they're engaged and don't just stand there), great location, great camaraderie from the membership group. And the gym is upgrading equipment this week. It was already great, and is getting even better. Highly recommend!
I can't say enough great things about F45 Southend! The energy is electric and the vibe is always welcoming. The coaches are top-notch—super knowledgeable, motivating and always ready to help you improve your form or push a little harder. Every workout is different, challenging, and fun, which keeps me coming back. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a results-driven, team-based fitness studio!
Had a drop-in visit here on a Saturday morning and received a warm welcome. The trainers were super helpful, high energy and motivational!
