Absolutely love this F45! The coaches and members are so nice, helpful and encouraging!!! I appreciate how the coaches always correct my form and assist me through the workout when needed. Amazing workout- always feel good when I leave! Great energy and music. Obsessed with SE F45!

The energy in the studio is always high, especially with the music—it’s the perfect playlist to keep you moving and focused. Since joining, I’ve felt stronger both physically and mentally. It’s an empowering environment that makes showing up and putting in the work feel exciting. Highly recommend!
I had been out of the workout game for longer than I would like to admit. A friend of mine had joined another F45 and was loving it. I decided to give their amazing week long trail a try. Joining a gym can be intimidating but the staff and patrons at South Elgin F45 have been so welcoming.
