I absolutely love F45! The coaches are truly amazing—so motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you push through every workout. The energy in the studio is always high, especially with the music—it’s the perfect playlist to keep you moving and focused. Since joining, I’ve felt stronger both physically and mentally. It’s an empowering environment that makes showing up and putting in the work feel exciting. Highly recommend!
I had been out of the workout game for longer than I would like to admit. A friend of mine had joined another F45 and was loving it. I decided to give their amazing week long trail a try. Joining a gym can be intimidating but the staff and patrons at South Elgin F45 have been so welcoming.
