I’ve been going to F45 for the past month, and I’ve had a great experience. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and has everything I need for a good workout. The atmosphere is welcoming and motivating, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Coach Meet, Coach Nick, and Coach Andrew. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience so far and would definitely recommend F45 South Elgin to anyone looking for a great fitness facility.
I absolutely love the environment at F45 South Elgin! Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and encouraging. The coaches are amazing and super nice, knowledgeable, and always willing to help you improve and make sure you’re doing everything correctly. This is a great place to train! I love the class structures and variety of exercises, but the staff is what makes this place shine. All of the coaches are kind and professional, offering help and support whenever needed. I was not able to continue with them, only due to the location not being convenient for me. There was no high pressure sales pitch, just a warm invite to come back if I wanted to. Try the $7 week trial to see if it is a match for you!
