The team at F45 in Solon is incredible. They are attentive, instructive, and the most positive bunch of people I have ever met! They make working out each morning a blast.

Cori and the other trainers do a great job. No headphone needed the music pumps things up . The classes are fun and keep you engaged. I would highly recommend f45 to mix things up . Especially if you’re used to working 1 set of muscles per day. This class will activate and work muscles you forgot you had. Cori will make sure you’re doing the exercises safely and comfortable . At f45 you will work harder and feel that great feeling of accomplishment.
Look! You need to do strength training and you need to do high intensity interval training, so why not combine them into a compact and fast moving, no brainer workout in a nice, clean and organized place with great coaches and with really nice people in your community, who you will also become your friends!
They’ve captured a little bit of lightning in a bottle here. The workouts are h a r d but somehow accessible with modifications. The coaches are fun and energetic, the classmates are encouraging and kind. I like that I can leave my workout shoes in a cubby there and I have an option for a quick shower after a workout.
