I hate to leave a bad review, but as a F45 coach, I was disappointed in my experience as a first-timer at this location. I didn’t receive a welcome; neither coach asked if I had any injuries or needed modifications. They didn’t even ask me my name. I get it’s a 5 p.m. class, and most of the people there were probably OG members, but the lack of attention not only to myself but to the other members was embarrassing. Amazing group workouts with talented fun instructors. All levels are welcome and this is a great add to your current workouts I promise!!
I really like training at the F45 at Sloan's lake. The trainers are nice and welcoming and there is such a good vibe. The only thing I would change a bit is the music that even though it is totally tailored to a millennium demographics (and I like it!) it is a bit too loud. I started using some earplugs during the class and now it's perfect!
Love the workouts, location & the coaches. 45 minutes fly right by for a full body workout!
