Please stop allowing your irresponsible members from tying up their dogs outside at 6am in the morning to be screaming and yelping as loud as possible with zero attention for 45 minutes. If the dogs can’t be calm then they shouldn’t be allowed to yelp and cry audibly for over two blocks at 6 and 7am.
I enjoy working out here. It's a difficult workout within a low pressure environment. I also appreciate the positive group feedback from the instructors, makes it feel like each class is a team effort.
Trainers are amazing !! If you need to clear your mind this is the place! u don't have time to think they are amazing workouts good for ur body and mind ! <3
I’m new to the F45 Sloans Lake family, and I already feel right at home! The classes are energizing, well-structured, and perfect for someone like me who struggles to stay consistent with solo workouts. The trainers are incredibly friendly, supportive, and make you feel comfortable no matter your fitness level. They genuinely care and are there to push you in the best way possible. If you need motivation, accountability, and a great community to work out with—this is the place to be. I’m so glad I joined!
Amazing workout for 45 minutes and you can see results within 5 sessions. This workout is the best because it not only includes cardio but strength training as well. Sloans Lake is a great location as there is ample space compared to other sister locations.And even some space for your pup outside!
