The Gym is fine, but I have been actively trying to terminate my membership for more than a month and the gym is being completely unresponsive to the only email address they provide on the website. I have emailed 3+ times over a greater than 30 day period of time. The email I am using is the same one I used to sign-up so I know they are receiving it. I would caution anyone to sign up here as they seemingly play games when it comes to terminating your membership.
Such a great gym! Really love my workouts there.
I’ve been to a dozen F45s In the US and UK. I’m an occasional ClassPass passerby and this is my favorite team - Tristan and Lisa in particular are awesome!!
I hate to leave a bad review, but as a F45 coach, I was disappointed in my experience as a first-timer at this location. I didn’t receive a welcome; neither coach asked if I had any injuries or needed modifications. They didn’t even ask me my name. I get it’s a 5 p.m. class, and most of the people there were probably OG members, but the lack of attention not only to myself but to the other members was embarrassing.
