We formerly lived in the area and are now in FLORIDA. F45 Shrewsbury is our home away from home. The energy, enthusiasm and fun in SHREWSBURY is contagious. The trainers are welcoming, surprisingly, remembering us when we come. They are knowledgeable, charismatic & challenging. It's a great gym & a program that works!
I love the format of the classes. The trainers truly pay attention and correct your form so you can achieve maximum results and NOT injure yourself!
A very welcoming and yet challenging environment (the perfect mix!).
F45 Shrewsbury is exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are challenging but not the kind that leave you injured or burned out. They are quick circuit-style workouts that don't get boring... perfect mix of cardio and strength. I feel better now than I have in a long time. It's easy to get to, and they have enough PM classes for people who work 9-5. The place is super clean and everyone I spoke with before joining was friendly and helpful!
