I love the format of the classes. The trainers truly pay attention and correct your form so you can achieve maximum results and NOT injure yourself!
A very welcoming and yet challenging environment (the perfect mix!).
F45 Shrewsbury is exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are challenging but not the kind that leave you injured or burned out. They are quick circuit-style workouts that don't get boring... perfect mix of cardio and strength. I feel better now than I have in a long time. It's easy to get to, and they have enough PM classes for people who work 9-5. The place is super clean and everyone I spoke with before joining was friendly and helpful!
