F45 Shrewsbury is exactly what I was looking for. The workouts are challenging but not the kind that leave you injured or burned out. They are quick circuit-style workouts that don't get boring... perfect mix of cardio and strength. I feel better now than I have in a long time. It's easy to get to, and they have enough PM classes for people who work 9-5. The place is super clean and everyone I spoke with before joining was friendly and helpful!

love this place! It is a great environment and has such welcoming trainers! It is a judgement free zone and everyone is there to help and motivate one another to work!
I had an excellent experience. As someone who does not workout consistently I was nervous but the coaches made me feel so comfortable and excited to workout! The coaches are caring, encouraging, and always ready to help out or give positive reinforcement. If you haven’t tried F45 you absolutely need to!! The workouts can be difficult but the coaches do a wonderful job of adjusting the moves if need be. 10/10 5 star experience!!
