I have been a member for 2yrs and it's been by far my best gym experience. The duration of workouts make it easy to stay consistent. I enjoy the strength training classes. The instructors are nice and friendly. I'm sad to hear this location is closing next week. I hope the reopen soon

I felt welcomed in my first session and have loved all of the classes I’ve gone to. The trainers do a wonderful job of remembering names and paying attention to each members’ form. I feel like I’m pushed more than I ever am when working out by myself and it’s what I’ve needed.
Cara is a great trainer. Engaged in the session and aware of what each is doing. Nice facility and program..
F45 has been so good for me. I love all the different workouts. They are challenging and very fun. It pushes me when I would normally give up.
