I am about to mark 1 year of being a member here - and it's been my strongest year of training yet. I've been an active 'gym' member for 17 years (showing my age there) and tried all different types, f45 has hands down been my favourite. The challenges are motivating, the staff are great and make every work out fun, even when I feel like I am dying, they continue to inspire and push you through. I can even proudly say I have lost 5.6 kgs and 6.6% body fat in this time! Thank you for EVERYTHING!
I joined F45 Sherwood when it reopened after COVID expecting to work hard for 6 weeks and move on to something else. Instead, I found a fabulous community, great coaches and amazing variety in the workouts to keep me coming back! It’s a fantastic positive way to start the day and I’m the fittest I’ve been in years. Definitely recommend, whatever your fitness level. Daz, Shanee and the coaching staff help you find the right level for YOU - there’s a modification if you need it and encouragement all the way!
