I went here for my first ever f45 class today. I don’t live nearby so they knew up front I would only be here for a single class. Despite knowing that, everyone was warm, welcoming, and helpful. Coach Damian greeted me (as I stared blankly at the weight floor after walking in) and paired me up with Juliet for the class, who was taking the class but is also a coach. I absolutely love F45! The mix of functional strength training and cardio keeps every workout fun, challenging, and different. I’ve really noticed myself getting stronger and more confident since starting. Jordan, Jess, and Christan are amazing coaches. They always make you feel welcome, but they also push you just enough to help you grow and get better every class. Their energy makes such a difference. Love this gym!! The trainers are excellent and help with form - so friendly and they know my name! I’m officially addicted to full body workouts!
